1.300克面粉中加20克食用油、3克盐、一个鸡蛋和适量温水,搅拌成絮状,醒20分钟,揉成光滑稍微硬的面团。

2.擀成长方形的薄片,对折,如图所示。

6.冷锅放食用油,中小火油温达到五成热,将捏好的馓子放入油锅,用筷子轻敲馓子使馓子条更蓬松。
