1.中筋粉备好,酵母加少许温水化开。

2.酵母水加入面粉中,加入白糖,再少量多次加入纯牛奶。

3.揉成光滑面团。

4.静止一个半小时,发酵到面团两倍大。

5.取出面团排气。

6.揉成长条状。

7.切成块。

8.放蒸格上,静止二次发酵半小时,然后开大火烧开水后改中小火蒸十三分钟。

9.蒸好后关火闷5分钟后开盖取出。
