1.原料

2.制作烤青柠,将青柠切成1-2mm厚的圆片,放入方形浅盘以糖浆腌渍一天

3.以厨房纸吸干水分后以80-100度开始预热烤箱,然后放入铺了烤制的烤盘中,铺上糖粉,将青柠片放在糖粉上,并于上方也筛上糖粉。

4.停止加热,放入青宁片约2-3小时,使其烘干。

15.锅里放入水、青柠汁20ml及青柠糖浆,以小火加热,熄火后放入明胶片使溶解

16.放凉后倒入装有厨房纸的筛子里过滤。
