1.首先要烤一个4寸的戚风蛋糕,6寸的量可以做二个满模的4寸戚风蛋糕(具体参数参考6寸戚风蛋糕的菜谱)

2.烤好倒扣放凉后手动脱模

9.淡奶油奶油霜的制作:100克黄油加入适量糖粉抽打顺滑后加入100克淡奶油打至顺滑细腻有光泽

13.慕斯蛋糕冷藏好取出脱模
