1.3碗面,半勺盐。

7.中小火烧锅,锅热以后将面饼放入锅中,盖上盖子焖半分钟到一分钟。

8.打开盖子,翻面,盖盖子焖半分钟到一分钟。

9.一锅饼就这么烙好啦。

10.倒入半锅冷水,放入葱段,姜片,倒入适量料酒,将猪肉洗干净放入冷水中,开火,开锅后捞出将猪肉清洗干净备用。

11.炖料准备葱,姜,干辣椒,大料,香叶,冰糖,小茴香,花椒。

12.煮半锅水,将所有干料放入锅中煮开。

17.将肉和辣椒香菜剁成沫。

18.饼掏个大口子,将肉夹进去,最后在肉上浇上肉汁即可~
小窍门&温馨提示
1、这次犯懒,剂子做太大,也没用擀面杖擀薄,结果饼发太厚了,哈哈哈。
2、做饼的时候可以放椒盐~这样会更好吃。
