1.准备好食材;

2.咸蛋黄压碎;

小窍门&温馨提示
1.青团最好用艾草汁,我没有艾草,只能用菠菜最为合适了。
2.纯糯米粉做出来的会比较软,容易坍塌,加一些粘米粉会让青团有弹性。
3.青团不易消化,每顿不要多吃哦。
4.做好的青团若不及时吃,可以用保鲜膜把青团包起来保鲜。
