2.香芋刨丝,腊肉、腊肠切粒,虾米泡软备用

3.称取150克粘米粉,加入适量盐、砂糖、鸡精、胡椒粉以及五香粉等,倒入200毫升温水调成粉浆搅匀备用

4.热锅,加入少量食用油,倒入虾米爆炒一下

9.蒸锅里烧开水,蒸架上放入⑧,盖上锅盖中火蒸约30min至熟(视芋丝糕厚度而定时间)

10.检查芋丝糕是否蒸熟:取一筷子插入芋丝糕里,筷子无生粉浆即熟
