1.准备原材料,水果去皮,切块,称重

2.在十度良品酵素桶中加3L矿泉水,并投入400g糖

3.菌粉加水溶解激活

4.将水果一起放入酵素桶内,加入菌粉,搅拌均匀后盖好桶盖

5.将发酵桶放入酵素机机体内,选择鲜酿酵素功能

6.每天搅拌2次,历经72小时酿造而成,过滤装瓶,冷藏保存,7天内饮用完
