1.准备所需材料。

2.把鲜虾去壳,去虾线洗净。

3.加入盐和胡椒粉拌匀腌制5分钟。

4.再加入红酒。

5.用红酒泡10分钟。

6.10分钟后把多余的红酒倒掉,加入罗勒碎。

7.加入1小勺植物油。

8.再加入1小勺玉米淀粉。

9.然后拌匀。

10.再用牙签把虾从尾部串起来。

11.把全部虾串好。

12.空气炸锅180度预热5分钟,在炸篮里刷上一层油。

13.把串好的虾放入炸篮里。

14.入炸锅炸15分钟。

15.炸至8分钟后,取出翻面。

16.最后再放入炸锅炸至熟透。
小窍门&温馨提示
串虾时串至虾身的一半即成,一共炸15分钟,可根据虾的大小来调整一下时间。
