1.首先制做白酱。将大孔奶酪磨成细碎状

小窍门&温馨提示
1、白酱的牛奶要用冷牛奶,分两次到入锅中,不停搅拌防止面粉糊结块;
2、西兰花最后下锅能保持色泽和爽脆的口感。
3、汤汁不要收的太多,水不够还要补充一些。放凉之后汤汁会更浓些
