1.鸡翅洗净,原材料准备好;

2.在鸡翅的两面切划3刀,让鸡翅腌制时容易入味;

3.把蒜蓉和配料放入装鸡翅的碗中,搅拌均匀;

4.盖上保鲜膜,放在冰箱保鲜室里腌制30分钟;

5.将锡纸铺在烤盘上(哑光面朝上),然后腌好的鸡翅放入烤盘。

6.烤箱预热200度,选择上下烤功能,将烤盘放入烤箱中层;

7.烤制15分钟时取出鸡翅,两面再刷上一层蜂蜜;

8.放入烤箱再烘烤10分钟使其均匀上色即可;

9.取出烤好的鸡翅!
小窍门&温馨提示
1、配方里的盐可根据个人口味加减;
2、蜂蜜主要是上色作用,不可刷太多,否则影响口感!
