1.新鲜鸭翅,洗干净

2.放锅里焯水,放几片姜去腥

3.焯水五分钟,捞出,洗干净

4.放入囟水中,我用的是囟牛肉的水。(适量的水,加八角,桂皮,生姜,干红椒,黄酒,老抽,盐,糖)

5.高压锅上气后六、七分钟就可以了(我用了十分钟,捞出后有点烂了)
