1.准备所有材料,清洗干净。豆腐切成小方块,冬瓜切成片,里脊肉切成片,大闸蟹一分为四,洋葱切丝,大蒜切碎,姜切片,青红椒切成圈,如图。

2.坐锅倒油,油温7成热时,倒入里脊片翻炒变色

7.锅开后倒入泻好的大酱,盖上锅盖继续煮开

8.锅开后放入大闸蟹,或者吐好沙收拾干净的蛤蜊,继续煮

9.煮开后,放入豆腐丁继续煮开

11.盖上锅盖煮熟,大概3分钟,掀开锅盖冬瓜熟了就可以了

12.这时候倒入绿豆芽,继续煮开

14.最后倒入水淀粉,用木铲搅拌均匀
