1.准备好食材(还有胡萝卜一根)

2.牛肉切小块

3.煮一锅开水放入料酒将牛肉焯水,然后捞出,用清水冲洗干净备用

4.锅里倒油加热,爆香葱段,姜片

5.倒入牛肉翻炒,炒干牛肉里的水份

6.然后加入料酒2茶匙,生抽3茶匙,加入清水,水量要淹没牛肉,大火烧开,小火焖50分钟左右

7.焖制牛肉的时间,正好准备蔬菜,在番茄上划上几刀,然后用开水浇在番茄上,可以轻松去皮

8.然后撕成条备用

小窍门&温馨提示
牛肉焖制的时间可以根据自己的需要适当增减,烂一点更好吃
番茄酱可以加也可以不加,多少可以根据自己的喜好而定
