1000克
辅料:
白糖,
500克,
清水适量,
白醋,
两勺自制山楂酱的做法步骤

1.山楂准备好

2.清洗干净后,去掉中间核的部分,切小块

3.全部切好了之后倒入白糖,倒入两勺白醋

4.搅拌均匀之后静置三个小时左右,让糖粉充分杀出山楂中的酸汁

5.之后倒入适量的清水,开大火熬制开锅之后转小火,期间一定要不停的搅拌,直至山楂的皮能轻轻的按碎,关火

6.然后借助于搅拌机将酱汁更细腻,然后就可以了(放入搅拌机的步骤忘记拍了)
