1.准备好材料。

2.切好姜片和蒜片.

3.鸡翅解冻好后洗净剁块。(嫌麻烦也可以直接用鸡翅中来制作。)

4.锅内加入凉水,加入2片姜片快半小勺料酒,再把剁好的鸡翅块放入直至烧开后煮出血沫,捞出冲洗干净。

5.生抽,白糖和料酒,以1:1:1调配好备用。(生抽有点咸了所以我就没再放盐)

6.锅内倒少许油,煸香姜蒜。

7.把冲洗干净的鸡翅块放入翻炒2分钟左右,翻炒至表面稍稍有点变黄即可。

8.把调配好的料汁倒入。

9.盖上锅盖中小火慢烧8分钟左右。(中途记得开盖翻炒均匀)

10.等汤汁变浓稠后,开大火收汁,撒上点白芝麻即可出锅了。

11.看,虽然简单可是超级好吃的三杯鸡翅就做好了。

12.喜欢吃辣的同学可以在最后出锅前淋上点辣椒油。
