1.黄豆,大米提前4个小时泡涨【大米放点,主要是增加洁白度】

2.黄豆放料理机内,在添加适量的水。【料理机我分4次来打。每次打水不要加的太多,刚刚能搅拌最好。】

3.每次我打基本打20秒,我就停一分钟

4.连续打了3次,打的特别的细

5.打完好的浆,往里面添加水,我差不多一次加了3斤的水

6.倒入布袋子过滤了【锅里就是纯正的豆浆】

7.装豆渣的口袋,放入清水盆中,洗。里面豆渣洗的白白净净。在一起到入豆浆锅中

8.开始烧豆浆。这时候要不间断,搅锅底【以免巴锅】

9.硫酸镁我用了2勺子,在往里面加开水,拌匀

10.趁热,用锅铲舀硫酸镁点豆浆面上;一边的点,就看见豆花一点点的出来;我差不多用了20分钟来点,让豆花跟水分离【还有些笨的办法,把硫酸镁液一下倒入,但这样豆花出来要少很多,口感要差点】

11.用有筛子的,把里面多余的水打掉

12.压紧,让豆花凝固

13.用刀划成一块一块的

14.在用小火,烧开,就可以啦

16.吃的时候,豆花蘸上蘸水就好啦
