1.猪肉洗净切片用酱油,水淀粉腌制待用

2.韭花洗净摘去花苞切段

3.锅中入较多的猪油

4.油热后放入肉片翻炒至变色盛出待用(肉片下锅之前用花生油在拌匀一下)

5.锅内余油,再加入适量的菜籽油,放入干辣椒段姜丝和花椒炒香

6.下入韭花翻炒均匀后加入一大勺盐翻炒均匀
