1.把有机菜花洗净

2.菜花切细肉切片干辣椒切碎

3.煮一锅开水

4.把菜花放里面煮1分钟,只要变绿就行,不要煮太久了

菜花要用水煮一下才会好吃的,只要变色就行,不可久煮,要不然就不脆啦
