1.葱,姜,蒜剁成泥量要大些,剁的越细越好

4.先炼料油:锅中放适量的油,放入肥肉块小火炼成肥肉渣

5.肉渣炼酥捞出,然肉剁成沫

6.剁好的酥油渣放入碗中,在放入少许的胡椒粉,排骨味王粉,奥宴奇料粉,十三香备用

7.在炼好肥肉的油里放入剁好葱姜蒜泥,最小火慢慢熬制,要不停的搅动熬到葱姜蒜沫成为金黄色

9.然后把熬好的葱姜蒜油直接倒入酥肉渣碗中晾凉,料油就做好了

10.肉泥馅中调入适量的盐,制好的葱姜花椒水,味极鲜生抽,胡椒粉,鸡蛋清,小苏打,排骨味王粉,奥宴奇料粉,魔厨干贝素,鸡粉,白糖,剁好的酥肉渣沫少许,炼好的料油(料油只放上面的油)少许

11.然后顺着一个方向不停搅打至出胶发粘后,在加入葱姜花椒水再次搅打上劲出胶发粘,重复步骤把葱姜花椒水都打进去,最后搅打至发粘到碗倒扣肉泥都不会掉下来就到位了

12.馄饨皮适量

18.锅中水烧开,放入馄饨.
