1.鸡脚十只切去脚尖。

2.放入锅中焯一下水。

3.冲去浮沫,沥干水份备用。

4.姜、蒜切末、豆豉30粒、茂德公香辣酱一勺,可用豆瓣酱代替。

5.锅内热油,下姜、蒜、豆豉小火炒出香味。

6.再加入香辣酱炒香炒出红油。

7.一次性加入足量清水,调入适量生抽、老抽、胡椒粉。

8.将鸡脚放入锅中,上盖小火焖十分钟,中途翻动两次。

9.最后大火收汁时,调入盐和鸡粉。

小窍门&温馨提示
1、鸡脚处理好先入锅焯一下水,可以有效的去除腥味和浮沫
2、鸡脚很容易熟,入锅焖的时间约为10-12分钟即可,保留一点嚼劲口感更好
