1.大米洗好,少许水浸泡至少一小时

2.切好香肠片,蘑菇块,剥好整大蒜

4.锅中放猪油,或是几片五花肉,然后放大蒜头爆香

5.跟着转中火,放香肠片爆香,再放蘑菇

6.再放南瓜片,转大火,放2茶匙盐巴,不停翻炒,至南瓜表皮有微焦

7.炒好后和泡好的米充分和匀,用筷子搅拌

8.再加少量水,略微没过食材

9.按电饭锅正常煮饭程序,这是刚煮好,灯刚跳的时候可以马上搅拌一下,再焖几分钟或十分钟以上,米饭更香.
