1.红椒冲洗干净。

2.晾干水分。

4.先切后剁。

5.全部剁碎后放入盆中。

6.一斤辣椒用一两盐。

7.把盐放入剁辣椒中。

8.拌匀腌制2小时。

9.倒入30ml左右的高度白酒。

10.装入瓶中,放阴凉地方保存。

1、洗好的辣椒要控干水分后再切。
2、剁辣椒时要戴上手套。
3、1斤辣椒1两盐,易于保存。
