1.大虾去头,剥壳留虾尾

2.虾背上开一刀取出泥肠,洗净吸干水分,把虾尾从背部的孔中穿出成虾球

3.虾球放入盘子里加点盐、料酒、白胡椒粉腌制片刻

小窍门&温馨提示
用番茄酱和番茄沙司都可以,但是都有一定咸度,盐不要放多了,炒的时候也可以不放盐直接放点生抽
