1.鲳鱼一条

2.五花肉、葱、姜、蒜、红椒

3.鲳鱼洗净,去除肚里的杂物后鱼两边各打十字花刀

4.葱、姜、蒜、红椒切末,五花肉切丁备用

16.煨至汁浓时,先将鱼出锅装盘,再收鱼汁将汁淋到鱼上即可
小窍门&温馨提示
1、煨鱼火力不要过旺,避免糊底,影响质量和造型;
2、最好用小火煨,这样鱼容易入味。
