1.把大颗的大蒜掰开后剥皮,剁碎

2.先把河虾剪虾线,虾头可以要也可以不要,不要就剪掉

3.放两勺油烧到高温用筷子试温,筷子周边起气泡就把虾放入开炸,用漏勺隔油

4.把炸虾的大部分油舀走,留下部分炒蒜蓉

5.加酱油,水耗油,盐
