配料:
盐适量,
油适量,
酱油适量,
料酒适量,
糖适量青蒜腰花的做法步骤

1.准备:
* 青蒜从中间纵向劈开,洗净(不然中间的泥沙不易洗到)
* 腰子从中间切开,去掉臊腺,划十字刀后再切成棋子状

2.开做:
* 锅里加水、葱、姜、料酒,煮开后继续煮5分钟
* 放入切好的腰花,焯熟
* 捞出,拣去葱、姜

3.青蒜斜刀切成块

4.锅里油烧热,放入青蒜略炒。

5.然后加入焯好的腰花翻炒几下,加酱油、料酒、糖、盐调味,加红椒丝点缀,再炒3-5分钟出锅装盘
