1.鹌鹑蛋下锅煮熟

2.用凉开水过下,剥壳

3.小油菜洗净,把油菜花的把柄切下来,用刀稍微刻一下,就刻出了花朵

4.小油菜焯水

小窍门&温馨提示
因为腐乳较咸,我没有放盐,喜欢辣椒的,可以放点郫县豆瓣酱,味道更好~
