1.买回来的鸭血,用清水洗净后,再用清水浸泡片刻,倒掉血水,再清洗一遍;

2.鸭血切成方块后,继续用清水浸泡片刻,捞出,洗净,沥干水分备用;

3.泡椒、小米辣切小段,如果有红泡椒,小米辣可不放;

4.姜蒜洗净,切碎,不用剁成末;小葱洗净,切成葱花;豆瓣酱剁碎;

5.热锅里倒入适量油烧热,爆香泡椒、小米辣;
