1.准备好豆腐锅巴及其它食材

小窍门&温馨提示
1、面皮最好用烫面易熟、饧面期间盖湿布利于盒子面皮不干裂
2、韭菜洗净着急可有厨房用纸快速吸干
3、切好后用香油或者色拉油拌匀,后加食盐避免韭菜过早出水
4、煎时可油煎也可干煎,视自己喜欢,但不管怎样,需中小火慢煎
