1.把酸荞头、酸姜、紫苏、香菜、葱洗净备用

2.鸭肉也洗净放少许酒腌制几分钟

3.把紫苏切碎,酸姜切丝,荞头切片

4.鸭肉放进烧开的水的锅里,最小火开锅慢慢焖熟,煮十几分钟翻一个面继续煮,大约半小时到40分钟就熟了,放凉

5.把酱油、醋、油、糖、水放进切碎的紫苏酸姜等配料中拌匀,味道以微酸,咸为主

6.柠檬洗净

7.去除柠檬里面的子,切碎放进调好的配料中拌匀

8.鸭肉煮好后可以冷藏半小时,口感就会更清爽
