1.先将馄饨皮每个都分开摆在案板上

2.取适量的豆沙馅,均匀的涂在每个馄饨皮上,这里建议用少量的水将豆沙馅稀释下比较好

3.如图上所示,将馄饨皮从一端大约1/4出开始折起

4.然后按着等分卷折上,一个脆皮豆沙酥就包好了

5.电饼铛预热,然后加入少许玉米油,油热后将脆皮豆沙酥一个个摆入

6.一面煎成金黄色后,再翻面,两面金黄就可以出锅啦

7.里面的豆沙馅香甜可口,外面的皮酥酥脆脆,很赞!!
