1.樱桃洗净,去核,一分为二

5.待樱桃熬得略微粘稠时,可将一个新鲜柠檬一分为二

6.待更加粘稠时,将半个柠檬汁挤入樱桃酱中,继续慢慢熬

7.樱桃酱很粘稠时,表面的沫子也基本消失了,关火

8.事先冼净烫过的瓶子准备好,趁热将樱桃酱装入瓶中,倒立,利用樱桃酱的热度将盖子消毒,并使瓶中处于真空状态
