1.花蛤用淡盐水浸泡一天后清洗干净备用。

2.姜片备好,葱切成段,葱白,葱叶分开放备好。

3.锅内倒入适量清水烧开,下花蛤煮至开口立即捞出沥干备用。

5.热锅冷油,下姜片及葱白煸香。

6.放入花蛤翻炒均匀,加入适量热水焖一分钟。
