2.大半碗温水,适量酵母粉化开。

3.酵母粉水倒面粉上,一边倒一边用筷子搅拌,搅成絮状。

11.用模具切出面胚。没有模具可以揪成面剂,擀成厚薄一致的包子皮即可。

12.擀大擀圆,厚约0.5㎝。

13.放上一勺红糖。

14.把中间分三等分,捏紧。

15.用筷子分别夹合。注意夹紧一些,要不会开口。

16.糖三角做好了。

17.冷水上屉,饧十五分钟左右,中火蒸二十五分钟。

18.关火焖三四分钟,开盖。肥嘟嘟的糖三角完成。
