1.准备食材。

2.鸭肝切成片。

3.香菜洗净切成小段,大蒜去皮切成末。

4.将鸭肝、香菜、蒜末放入稍大得容器。

5.加入除白芝麻以外的所有调味料。

6.用筷子拌匀。
