13.将苇叶沿着圆筒边缘转紧。

14.另取一片苇叶,用拇指压住,盖住粽子口,沿粽子方向绕一圈,防止米露出。

15.最后留出苇叶末端,准备穿针。

16.先将粽子针穿过粽子,然后将苇叶末端剪齐,穿进针鼻儿里。

17.像缝衣服一样将苇叶用针从粽子中间拉过。

20.将粽子放入煮锅中,加水盖过粽子,用篦子压住,篦子上放一个盛满水的不锈钢碗,将粽子在锅内压实,大火烧开,中火煮两个小时,关火闷十二小时。

小窍门&温馨提示
糯米、花生、红豆等馅料一定要泡足二小时。苇叶一定要煮二十分钟以上,保证有任性,用针卡时不会断。煮粽子时一定要压实,不能让粽子随着开水动,煮足两小时,焖制十二小时,不要开盖。
