1.将蛋白蛋黄分离

2.开始制作蛋黄糊,把5个蛋黄加入30克细砂糖,用打蛋器轻轻打散,不需要把蛋黄打发

3.加入40克色拉油和40克清水搅拌均匀

4.筛入低筋面粉

6.蛋白用打蛋器先打至起泡

7.分三次加入细砂糖,打至干性发泡的状态,即提起打蛋器,蛋白能拉出一个短小直立的尖角就可以了

8.把1/3蛋白糊加到蛋黄糊中,用橡皮刮刀轻轻从底部往上翻拌均匀

9.再将拌好的糊全部倒入蛋白糊中,轻轻从底部往上翻拌均匀

10.将混合好的蛋糕糊分出小部分

11.筛入可可粉翻拌均匀

12.八寸蛋糕模刷层食用油,将原味蛋糕糊和可可味蛋糕糊分层倒入蛋糕模中,也不用太刻意,随便倒吧!

13.用手端住模具在桌上用力震几下,把内部的大气泡震出来,在上面撒一些杏仁片增加风味

14.放进预热好的烤箱,170度,约50分钟,蛋糕烤好的时候爬高了

15.将蛋糕从烤箱里取出,立即倒扣在冷却架上直到冷却

16.脱模再倒回来,在杏仁片上面筛一些糖粉即可
