1.买回来的羊排!

2.用开水去下血水!

3.把去血水的羊肉洗干净,切好备用!

4.淮山枸杞党参用冷水浸泡下!

5.把浸泡好的药材和羊肉一起放到电压力煲里,倒入大半碗客家黄酒和一碗开水,把电压力煲调到炖肉档!

6.把煲好的羊肉倒入沙煲再炖会儿!
