5.把切好的肉用淀粉,料酒,盐,胡椒粉腌上一会

6.这时把花椒干辣椒放进锅里用油稍炸一下

14.汤烧开后,将腌好的肉皮逐个放入锅里,用筷子拨散煮至颜色发白,汤再开一次就好了
