1.准备好食材。

2.放入少许橄榄油下锅煎豆腐。

3.豆腐切成条。

4.倒入少许橄榄油放入豆腐下锅煎。

5.翻面煎。

6.煎至金黄旁边再放少许油,放入小红椒和子姜。

7.翻炒片刻。
