1.准备好原料,韭菜洗净控干水份。

2.扇贝边洗净温水浸泡20分钟,控干水分备用。

3.韭菜切寸断,根部和叶子分开放。

4.锅中放油放入姜丝炒香。

5.放入扇贝边翻炒1分钟左右。

6.放入味极鲜酱油,糖少许调味,接着放入韭菜根部翻炒均匀。

7.根部断生后放入韭菜叶,快速翻炒均匀,放适量盐和胡椒粉炒匀后关火。

小窍门&温馨提示
1、扇贝边要提前泡发,着急吃就用热水泡30分钟。
2、扇贝边含有盐分,调味的时候尝下咸淡在放盐。
3、先放韭菜根部后放叶子部分那样炒出来口感比较好,要是一起放韭菜叶子部分容易超软,口感不好。
