1.准备材料:香芹,五花肉,葱调料:干辣椒,蚝油,酱油,食用油,盐,味精,白糖,醋。

2.葱芹菜斜刀切,五花肉切片,干辣椒切小块。

3.用不粘锅可以不放一滴油,把五花肉本身的荤油煎出来,会更香哦。

4.煎的差不多了,放葱和干辣椒。
