1.四川泡酸菜一袋。

2.酸菜比较咸,加水浸泡半小时左右,中间可以换一次水。

3.浸泡后的酸菜切段。

4.牛里脊肉,冷冻一下比较容易切薄片。

8.再加一勺熟油,抓匀,腌制十来分钟。

11.下酸菜,调大火,翻炒一会儿。

12.加生抽,翻炒均匀。

13.加清水,大火烧开后转中火。

14.炖至酸菜熟透,加盐调味。

15.把酸菜盛出来,放入深碗里。

16.把腌制好的牛肉片,一片片下去汤汁里。

17.不要搅动,防止脱浆,肉片变色后再煮不到一分钟即可,不要煮久了,肉会变老。

18.连汤带肉倒入碗里,撒葱花。

19.锅里注油烧热。
