1.莲藕400克。

2.去皮,刷成丝,控干水份。

3.蒜白切粒。

4.将莲藕蒜白内加入一个鸡蛋、面粉、胡椒粉、盐、鸡精、酱油、油拌匀。

5.拌成的藕糊。

6.做成一个个小饼放入平底锅煎熟。

7.小火慢煎至两面金黄,时间太概煎15~20分钟,就可以起锅了。
