2.榴莲壳(其实应该叫榴莲皮吧)洗净切小块,姜切片,当归和枸杞洗一下备用

3.排骨洗一下放入开水锅中飞水

4.捞出用清水洗去浮沫

5.把排骨榴莲壳姜片当归枸杞一起放入免火再煮锅内胆中

6.加入足量的热水

7.盖上盖煮开一会

8.把免火再煮锅内胆移入外壳中盖好盖焖1小时以上

9.熟后调入适量盐即可
