1.取适量面粉加猪油揉制成酥皮,醒制20分钟。

2.取适量面粉加猪油,温水1:1,揉制成油皮,醒制20分钟。

3.豆沙馅可加少许熟糯米粉,中和甜度。

4.酥皮,油皮分别制成同等大小,酥皮略小一些,油皮包裹酥皮,依次做完盖上保鲜膜。

5.擀成长条状卷起。

6.依次做完盖上保鲜膜,醒制20分钟。

8.时间到后去一个如图中向下压,擀开即可。

9.包入豆沙馅儿,取掉多余的面团。

10.做成球状向下压,微微擀开,分成八等份。

14.预热烤箱,点心中间滴少许蛋液,180度上下烤25分钟(喜欢浅色可盖一张油纸)。

15.中间取出,二次滴蛋液,放入黑芝麻点缀。

喜欢颜色浅一点,可再二次滴蛋液后盖一张油纸,注意上色的程度!每个烤箱温度不同,注意时间的长短。
