1.玉米面和白面混合!

2.将酵母和一点点拍打分用温水化开倒入面团中!

3.揉好的玉米面团盖上保鲜膜发酵一个小时!(我放在烤箱发酵键)

4.一样的步骤再弄一块白面团,揉好的面团盖上保鲜膜进行发酵,我放在烤箱中发酵键一个小时!

5.发酵到两倍大即可!

6.第一次发酵的这么到位!

7.发酵好的玉米面进行排气揉面!

8.把排气好的两块面放到一边再次醒发二十分钟!

9.把再次醒好的白面片擀成片,切好形状!

10.然后把再次醒好的玉米面擀成面片放到白面片上!

11.然后从上到下卷起来,如图,之后切段(我忘记拍了,呵呵),蒸锅做水烧开,放入做好的双色馒头,上汽二十分钟即可!
