1.小碗加温水将酵母化开。

8.取出面团轻拍排气。

9.将面团分成三等分。

10.取一个面团擀成椭圆形。

13.将擀好的吐司卷排入吐司模具中。

14.烤箱底部放一碗烧开的热水,让吐司模具在温度80℃、湿度在75℃的环境中进行第二次发酵。

15.吐司胚发至8分满,以上下火180℃预热烤箱。

16.吐司表面刷上牛奶,再烤制过程中产生脆皮。送入烤箱烤40分钟出炉。
