1.牛腩冷水下锅煮开焯水

2.小番茄洗净备用

3.焯水的牛腩沥干水分备用

4.红肉萝卜去皮切好备用

5.烧锅开水

9.冷锅下油,烧热

13.倒入一部分小番茄翻炒出汁,留少部分最后用哦!

14.放生抽,老抽,蚝油,料酒,豆瓣酱翻炒均匀

15.倒入适量的清水,稍稍末过食材,煮开后放冰糖,胡椒粉,五香粉和适量盐

16.然后倒入高压锅里,盖上盖子焖20分钟

17.高压锅的气自然放完后开盖搅拌一下

18.再倒入切好的红肉萝卜和少部分番茄,盖上锅盖再焖3分钟,记得高压锅要自然放气哦
